What is your shipping policy

Shipping rates will vary on your address and rates of carriers. Unless we run a promotion that exclude shipping rates from your purchase.

When will my item ship?

We ask for 3-5 business days in order to process your order. However, if your shipping is expedited we will process your order within 1-2 business days.

Can I return my product?

Yes, you can return your item up to 30 days after the original purchase date. All returned items must be in the original packaging and free of deliberate damages. ( Some sales may be excluded)

How do I return or exchange a item ?

You may return or exchange an item by navigating to the contact page and submitting your return. You will receive an email for confirmation and instructions on what to do next. Or you may call us at 301-820-0725 so we can process your return by phone.

When will I get my money back for my return?

Once we have received your item we will immediately process your return. Unless you have elected store credit or an exchange. Store credits and exchanges are processed when the item is scanned by mail/package carrier.
